Naturally restore volume and improve skin quality with EZ Gel, the regenerative plasma-based treatment now offered at Madnani Facial Plastics.
EZ Gel is an innovative, 100% natural bio-filler made from your own blood. It utilizes platelet-rich fibrin (PRF) technology that is heated and cooled to form a gel-like substance, rich in growth factors, albumin, and fibrin. This natural filler is injected to add subtle volume and stimulate collagen production, enhancing skin texture and quality over time.
EZ Gel is an excellent option for patients looking for a natural approach to facial rejuvenation—especially those looking to improve under-eye hollows, nasolabial folds, fine lines, and skin laxity.
The treatment begins with a simple blood draw. The collected blood is then processed in a centrifuge to separate and concentrate the PRF. The PRF is gently heated and cooled to create the EZ Gel, which is then injected into the treatment areas using fine cannulas or needles. The procedure typically takes 45–60 minutes.
You may experience mild swelling or bruising post-treatment, which usually subsides within a few days. Results are gradual, improving over several weeks as your body produces new collagen and elastin.
EZ Gel is derived from PRF but undergoes a heating and cooling process to create a thicker, gel-like consistency. This makes it suitable for deeper volume restoration in addition to its regenerative properties.
While some improvement can be seen after one session, we typically recommend a series of 2–3 treatments spaced 4–6 weeks apart for best results.
Because EZ Gel stimulates your body’s own collagen production, results are gradual and natural-looking. Effects can last up to a year, with maintenance sessions recommended annually.
Most patients can resume regular activities the next day, though mild swelling or bruising may occur.
