We understand that it may be difficult, time-consuming and expensive for patients to fly to our office for a consultation then fly back again a few weeks later for surgery. That’s why we created a program to facilitate your experience that will allow you to determine the options that are available to you with ease and understanding. Here’s how it works:

Contact Us

The consultation fee to meet with Dr. Madnani is $500. This is collected at the time of scheduling and will be applied towards your surgical procedure. There is a $100 booking fee to schedule with any of our non surgical PAs and RN’s. This booking fee is applied towards any service or procedure with us. Due to the nature of running a very busy practice, we require 48 hour notice to cancel or reschedule or the above fees will be forfeited. You can call us or e-mail here to get started.


Send Your Photos

Once you have scheduled a virtual consultation, we ask that you send clear, recent close-up photos. Photos should clearly show your area of concern and can be e-mailed to Dr. Madnani at info@drmadnani.com  Please be sure to list all concerns you would like addressed, as well as, if you have had any prior surgery to the face.

You must fill out and e-mail back a Registration form and Medical history form as well.

Dr. Madnani will then assess if you are a good candidate for procedures that you are interested in and discuss your options with you during the virtual consultation.



Schedule Your Procedure

You will then be contacted by our Patient Care Coordinator who will discuss costs, pre-operative care, recovery, local accommodations and any questions related to your procedure(s).

Once you have decided to proceed, a deposit is required to reserve your surgery date. The remaining balance is due two weeks prior to your surgery date. Please contact us directly with any payment questions you may have.

Nearby Airports Laguardia and JFK International Airports. We are located approximately 20 minutes from both airports.

You MUST arrive one to two days prior to your surgery date. At a designated time during this period you will meet with the doctor/s and have an in depth consultation discussing all procedures. At this time you will sign your surgery consents (if necessary) – in the presence of your patient care coordinator.




We advise all patients that fly-in for surgery to travel with someone who can be there for you to assist during recovery. If you are traveling alone, we can book an overnight nurse as an option assist you with your post operative care. In the days that follow we will see you post-operative and depending upon the procedures that have been performed you may return home 7-14 days later. Our staff will make arrangements with a local hotel with whom we have a discounted rate. In the event that you require any medical attention after returning home we will refer you to a local physician for a check-up. Your health and safety remain our number one priority.
