CONSULTATION FEE

The consultation fee to meet with Dr. Madnani is $500. This is collected at the time of scheduling and will be applied towards your surgical procedure. There is a $100 booking fee to schedule with any of our non surgical PAs and RN’s. This booking fee is applied towards any service or procedure with us. Due to the nature of running a very busy practice, we require 48 hour notice to cancel or reschedule or the above fees will be forfeited.
