She underwent a transconjuctival lower eyelid blepharoplasty under local anesthesia and was back at work a week later. Here she is at 2 months looking rested and she is no longer told that she appears tired
52 y/o female c/o heavy eye bags making her look tired. She underwent a subciliary lower blepharoplasty – eyelid surgery, to remove the bags and tighten the skin. She looks amazing afterwards with refreshed eyes
The patients eyelids were treated via a subciliary (external) approach, takes about 60 minutes and is performed under local anesthesia. Here he is 4 weeks post surgery

My 43-year-old patient was complaining of dark circles under her eyes. She always looked tired and was not happy with the appearance. From the first to the second photo, she has undergone only Facial Fat Tansfer to the tear trough/under eye and cheek area. You can see that the right eye responded really well however, the left eye had minimal improvement. After six months I decided to do a touchup Fat Transfer and a Transconjunctival Lower Eyelid Blepharoplasty to remove the orbital fat herniation and CO2 laser skin resurfacing to help tighten the skin. Here she is 3 months after the second surgery. My patient has undergone 2 facial fat transfers, under eye blepharoplasty as well as CO2 laser skin resurfacing. We are both ecstatic with the results. The under eyes appear much more rested, the dark circles are significantly improved and people have complimented that she appears more rested, and are not sure what she has had done
