Therefore, to consult with Dr. Madnani, a $350 deposit is required to reserve the consultation. To consult with another Doctor, Patient Coordinator, Physician Assistant, or Nurse, there is a $100 deposit required to schedule. Your deposit will get applied towards any procedure or treatment scheduled with us**.
