Pre & Post Operative Suggested Diet

Optimizing Your Surgical Recovery: Nutritional Guidance

At Madnani Facial Plastics, we believe that optimal surgical outcomes begin well before your procedure—and continue long after. Nutrition plays a crucial role in preparing your body for surgery and supporting a smooth, healthy recovery.

This page outlines a suggested diet menu designed specifically for patients undergoing facial plastic surgery. Whether you’re getting ready for a facelift, rhinoplasty, eyelid surgery, or another procedure, the right foods can help reduce inflammation, minimize bruising, and promote healing.

Our pre- and post-operative dietary guidelines focus on nourishing, anti-inflammatory, and easily digestible meals rich in essential vitamins, antioxidants, and protein. These suggestions are not meant to replace personalized medical advice but to serve as a helpful starting point for supporting your surgical journey.
